Never been to a Bodybuilding Show?
Deb and Ray always do a great job on there shows
and the 2009 NPC CENTRAL FLORIDA DISTRICT
BODYBUILDING, FIGURE, FITNESS, & BIKINI
CHAMPIONSHIPS on June 5th & 6th will not be an
exeption. I'm not a Bodybuilder but still find the shows
to be well worth going to. So click on the link for more
information and come on out for a great time!

More going on  June 6th!
2nd Anual Central Florida Strongman Championship
will also be on June 6th. It will be on Kentucky Ave.
in downtown Lakeland. Pro Strongman Scott Weech Jr
is promoting this event. The key sponsor and Coordinator
will be The Chop Shop. If you want to compete go to
nastrongmaninc.com for more info. If you just want to
watch  show up at noon June 6th, it's on the street and
free to watch.

Make it a weekend!
The summer will heat up June 5th & 6 th in Lakeland.
So why not catch both big events. Friday the 5th catch
the 2009 NPC Fitness, Figure & Bikini Show, 7pm at
 Lake Mirror Theatre. Then a full day Saturday is starting
10am for the Bodybuilding Prejudging. After the Prejudging
swing over to Kentucky Ave grab a bite to eat at
The Chop Shop and watch the Strongman Championship.
The Strongman should be done around 4pm so you will have
lots of time to head back over to Lake Mirror Theatre for
the Bodybuilding Evening Show @ 6pm.
